Morgan Fairchild is an American actor. She was born Patsy McClenny on the 3rd of February, 1950. She gained prominence between the end of the 1970s and the early 1980s when she appeared on numerous television shows that usually reflected a glamorous look. Fairchild started her career in the role of Jennifer Pace in Search for Tomorrow which was which was a CBS daytime soap that ran from 1973 until 1977. The first actress to portray Jenna Wade, she made her debut in the CBS daytime soap opera Dallas in the year 1978. In the following year, she landed a leading role on The NBC series Flamingo Road (1980), that earned her an Golden Globe Award as Best Actress - Television Series - for that series. The show was a short-lived ABC show, a primetime comedy Paper Dolls. Then between 1985 and 1986 she portrayed the lawyer Jordan Roberts as part of Falcon Crest. Fairchild has also performed in theatre and appeared as a guest in a variety of television shows, including Murphy Brown (for which she was nominated for an Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest actress in a Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill as well as Friends. At 15, she relocated into Los Angeles, where her debut television pilot was filmed. At the age of 15, she relocated to Los Angeles to begin her first TV pilot.
