Lowe was watching from the stands of a FA Cup quarter-final on ESPN UK when Bolton midfielder Fabrice Muamba was struck by a heart event. It took her about two hours, guiding the program. The following night, she was in all major UK news outlet. Lowe was the first female host in UK history of the FA Cup final, a live broadcast lasting six hours at Wembley Stadium. Lowe was previously employed by Setanta Sports, as both an anchor and journalist. She hosted the ground-breaking coverage of Football Conference from Setanta Sports between 2007 and 2009. Also, she co-hosted Football Matters setanta's Premier League studio program.
